I was born in July 1967 in South Wales. I have three children, although the two eldest are too old now to be called kids anymore. 

I now live in the Kingsway area of Gloucester with my two dogs.

I wve with the Royal Military Police Territorial Army for a short while, which taught me a lot about myself and about people in general. I enjoy listening to music of all sorts, Reiki, Mediumship, and Shamanism, and generally try to spend as much time with my family as I can.

Reiki, is a way of life, although I accept that there are days when I find it very difficult to hold to the five principles. That said, I do try every single day.

My ultimate goal in life would be to stop my work in HR and to set up a Wellbeing Retreat where people could just come and stay, stop, meditate and once again connect with themselves.  All too often people are told to connect with their Spirit Guides, Healing Angels etc, without really connecting with their own soul first.
